Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

RV Service Tool is provided by Van Dijk App Solutions, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 84806303, located at Eek 10, 1274 GM Huizen, the Netherlands. Contact: info@rvservicetool.nl.

These terms apply to every use of the RV Service Tool website, web portal and mobile app by companies ("customer") and their users.

2. Accounts and approval

• A company registers with a manager account. We review and approve new companies before they can log in; we may refuse a registration.
• Every user must use two-factor authentication and keep their login details private. The customer is responsible for the users it adds and for what they do in the app.
• Let us know right away at info@rvservicetool.nl if you suspect misuse of an account.

3. Free trial and agreement

• New companies get a 7-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start.
• To keep using RV Service Tool after the trial, the company's billing owner must sign the NDA & AVG agreement in the app and start a paid subscription. That agreement also contains the data processing terms.

4. Prices and payment

• The subscription costs €25 per user per month, plus a one-time setup fee of €189, as shown on our website.
• The Pro package (Planning, Dashboard and Machine checklists) is an optional paid add-on. It is only active after we have turned it on for your company.
• Payments are processed monthly by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may limit access until the payment is made.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from the next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

• Use RV Service Tool only for your own business reporting, in line with the law.
• Do not try to access other companies' data, break the security, overload the service or copy the software.
• Only upload content (reports, photos, signatures, parts books) that you are allowed to use.

6. Your data

The customer owns the data it enters in RV Service Tool. We only use it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and the NDA & AVG agreement.

7. Availability and support

We do our best to keep RV Service Tool available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will always run without interruption. We may carry out maintenance and improve or change features. Support is available through info@rvservicetool.nl and the support chat.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount the customer paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or lost data, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our side.

9. Cancellation and termination

• The customer can cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; payments already made are not refunded.
• We may suspend or end an account if these terms are seriously breached or payments remain unpaid.
• After the account ends, data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. We will tell account holders about important changes in advance. Dutch law applies, and disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
